If the verification code you received doesn’t work, it may be because multiple codes were requested within a short period of time.
Sometimes there can be a 3–5 minute delay before the verification code is delivered. If you request another code before the first one arrives, the system may generate a new code and the previous one will no longer be valid.
What you can do:
After requesting a verification code, please wait 3–5 minutes for it to arrive before requesting another one.
Avoid tapping “Send Code” multiple times, as this may cause several codes to be generated.
If you have already requested multiple codes, we recommend waiting a few hours before trying again.
